If you think that sounds like a superhero kit - nope, that’s just me, and my brain sometimes gets confused about when to chill out and when to fly down a mountain.

Yoga is my morning mantra. I can stand on my head while simultaneously thinking about breakfast. They say yoga teaches calmness, but when I try to do a crow pose, my dog gives me a look like I’ve lost my mind. After a session, I feel as flexible as spaghetti - too bad I don’t taste as good.
